When making your reservation, please ensure that you provide accurate contact information (email address and/or phone number) to allow us to provide full communications with yourself regarding your booking. If you are running late for your reservation, please let us know. If we do not hear from you, we will hold your table for a maximum of 10&nbsp;minutes after the reservation time. We appreciate that sometimes you will need to cancel, but request that you please let us know as far in advance as possible.&nbsp;Please note that further booking terms and conditions may apply to reservations during selected busy seasonal periods, including but not limited to: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and the festive seasons during November and December. Any extra terms and conditions will be stated at the point of booking.

Special requests.&nbsp;Tables are assigned automatically. If you wish to book your favourite table or high chair, please mention this in the comment field. During busy hours this change might not be possible.&nbsp;

When making a group reservation for 6&nbsp;people&nbsp;or more, please contact us directly.

Reservation confirmation.&nbsp;Reservation is automatically approved (e-mail confirmation will be sent you shortly after the booking is made). If your plans change, you can cancel the reservation online at any time.

Reservation cancellation.&nbsp;Press “Cancel booking” on the right side of the calendar and enter your reservation number, which you have received after the booking was made.

Booking policy&nbsp;

&nbsp;At albarino tapas we operate a 2 sitting seating policy, during busy times. For any booking made before 8.00 pm you will be given a time that the table is required to be vacated by. Notification of this time slot will be included in your booking confirmation email. We would appreciate you vacating the table at the correct time, by&nbsp;doing so showing consideration to other diners&nbsp;and members of staff.If you would like things to run at a slightly&nbsp;more leisurely pace then we reccomend you make a reservation&nbsp;after 8.00pm.

Please add a note when making a booking informing us if any of your party is under 10yrs old and if you require a highchair.&nbsp;Childrens menus are only available when requested upon booking, they are not available on the day. Being a small restaurant, we do&nbsp;not have space for buggies or prams unless they can be folded down. We do our&nbsp;best to accomodate any table preferences made but cannot guarantee that his will always be possible. We are a cash free buisness. We only accept card payments.

Albarino tapas reserves the right to charge a No show / late cancellation fee of £20.00 per person for bookings that do not show up and are changed or cancelled without giving at least 6hr notice prior to your reservation. The fee of £20.00 per person will be charged to your card, in line with the terms and conditions of the restaurant booking policy.
