To ensure that you receive the level of service from us, please note the following booking policies.

&nbsp;

If a reservation is made, then the table is yours for the whole service.

We ask you to follow a reservation at a specific time, which you keep at that time.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the time of your booking without notice, then you may lose your table to another group.

To confirm your booking, there is a booking fee of £10 per person, which is deducted from your total bill at the end. 
Said booking fee of £10 per person will be accordingly deducted depending on how many people from your party do not turn up.

For all reservations, you must notify cancellation or any changes in the number of guests at least 48 hours before your reservation.

In case of cancellation, the amount of the reservation is refunded only if you cancel 48 hours before your reservation.
