​All bookings are for a 2 hour sitting unless further time has been agreed with a member of the management team.We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time.

Please note that bookings are for food only. We do not accept bookings for drinks only, unless cleared with a member of the management team.

To secure your booking we will pre-authorise your credit or debit card. No money will be taken from your account at the time of booking

If you need to cancel your booking please do so via the link you will find in the confirmation email or call to restaurant. We require 24hrs notice to cancel or amend your booking

Failure to cancel your booking or amend any changes, including dropping of numbers to your party size to your booking within the specified time frame will result in a £10 charge per person.

If you reserve a table then it is yours for 1h 45m. If you require the table for longer, please write this down in the "comment" section or call us on 01872 262330 and if we have space available we will do our best to accommodate you.&nbsp;

Cancellation policy

As we are a small restaurant, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business.&nbsp;We would respectfully ask that you&nbsp;arrive on time for your seating. If you are running late you must&nbsp;let us know in advance. Should you arrive more than 15min after your booking time without forewarning, your table may be allocated to another customer. If you need to change the number of guests or cancel your booking, you must do so at least 24h prior to your booking.

Allergies &amp; Intolerances

At Bodega 18 Truro we cater for meat-eaters, vegetarians, gluten-free diets, dairy-free diets and those with other dietary requirements. Please notify us of any specific dietary requirements prior to your visit. You can either include that in the "comment" section when you book online or discuss it with a member of our team on 01872 262330. We will do our best to help you and serve accordingly.

Booking policy&nbsp;

&nbsp;At albarino tapas we operate a 2 sitting seating policy, during busy times. For any booking made before 8.00 pm you will be given a time that the table is required to be vacated by. Notification of this time slot will be included in your booking confirmation email. We would appreciate you vacating the table at the correct time, by&nbsp;doing so showing consideration to other diners&nbsp;and members of staff.If you would like things to run at a slightly&nbsp;more leisurely pace then we reccomend you make a reservation&nbsp;after 8.00pm.

Please add a note when making a booking informing us if any of your party is under 10yrs old and if you require a highchair.&nbsp;Childrens menus are only available when requested upon booking, they are not available on the day. Being a small restaurant, we do&nbsp;not have space for buggies or prams unless they can be folded down. We do our&nbsp;best to accomodate any table preferences made but cannot guarantee that his will always be possible. We are a cash free buisness. We only accept card payments.

Albarino tapas reserves the right to charge a No show / late cancellation fee of £20.00 per person for bookings that do not show up and are changed or cancelled without giving at least 6hr notice prior to your reservation. The fee of £20.00 per person will be charged to your card, in line with the terms and conditions of the restaurant booking policy.
