Bookings and Cancellation Policy&nbsp;

For any reservations in the beer garden the booking is taken at the customers own risk as&nbsp;we cannot guarantee a table inside in the case of poor weather.

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booking time without notice, you may lose your table to another group.&nbsp;

The kitchen closes 15 minutes after the last reservation time, please see our opening hours for details. We would respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service if these times are not adhered to. On occasion we may need to hold you back to a later time to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests.&nbsp;

For parties of 6 or more guests, please ring to book a table.

We allow all bookings an allocated time of 2 hours&nbsp;from the time of your reservation unless stated and agreed when making your table reservation. You may be required to vacate your table beyond this time allowance.

The&nbsp;Wild Swan&nbsp;reserves the right to adjust or change our menus and pricing without notice.&nbsp;

The&nbsp;Wild Swan&nbsp;will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements&nbsp; &nbsp;

You should always advise your server of any special dietary requirements, including intolerances and allergies. Where possible, our trained staff will advise you on alternative dishes. However, while we do our best to reduce the risk of cross-contamination in our restaurants, we CANNOT guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens and therefore cannot accept any liability in this respect. Guests with severe allergies are advised to assess their own level of risk and consume dishes at their own risk.&nbsp;

Its not long now until we re-open from what we hope is the final lockdown! &nbsp;We would ask that you continue to help us support track and trace by ensuring that you book in advance via the booking link below.&nbsp;Please note that from April 12th - May 16th, you will only be able to sit outside&nbsp;as per government guidance. We have hired a marquee for this period in order to provide some protection from the weather and will have seating for appx 100 people.&nbsp;&nbsp;These tables can be booked from the&nbsp;&nbsp;drop down menu below.&nbsp;You will be able to book for up to 6 people or 2 households per table as per current guidance. In the event where your group of 2 households is more than 6 people, please call or email so we can assist you.&nbsp;There are still plenty of tables which are not under the marquee, which are on a first come basis, so if the weather looks promising there will always be space for a spur of the moment visit.&nbsp;You can book tables for the Bar&nbsp;or Dining Room&nbsp;for dates from May 17th and beyond via the booking link below. A £10 per head Booking Fee is required for ALL BOOKINGS. This will be taken as soon as you make your online booking with us. If you book via email or phone, a secure payment link will be e-mailed to you and you will have 72 hours to make payment of the deposit.
Failure to make payment within 72 hours will result in your reservation being automatically cancelled and we will not be able to guarantee the same time will be available if you try to re-book.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you are able to TRANSFER your booking ONCE, to a future date but the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.
If you cancel your reservation more than 72hrs in advance, you can either have a FULL REFUND or TRANSFER your deposit to a future date.
The £10 deposits will be deducted from your bill on the day you dine.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WON'T BE ABLE TO REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT WITH LESS THAN 72HRS NOTICE.
If you make your booking less than 72 hours before the desired date/time it is NON REFUNDABLE as stated above.

In Case of a No Show for your booking The Shed Steakhouse reserves the right to charge £10 per diner booked. If you are unable to make your table please cancel within 3 hours of your table time or contact us on 01297 625926 to avoid this charge

Your reservation is carried out in real-time. After making a reservation, you instantly receive a confirmation e-mail and SMS. Reservations will generate the number that is required to cancel the reservation online. Tables are selected automatically according to the availability. We cannot guarantee a particular table. Booking cancellation

Late arrival

We will hold your table for 15 minutes after the time of the booking.&nbsp; After this time the booking will be considered cancelled and we will give your table away if another customer arrives.&nbsp; Please&nbsp;advise us of your late arrival, should it be necessary, as early as possible.

The Owl Tearooms will not transfer, distribute your personal information to third parties without your consent, or if that is not required by law. By booking online, you agree to sign up for&nbsp;The Owl Tearooms newsletter and occasionally get our news. You can unsubscribe in seconds. If you do not want to give your&nbsp;information, please call to the reservation and make a reservation by phone.

Pre-Payment for large parties

Enjoy a home made, luxury 5 course Christmas Dinner plus Bucks Fizz and coffee or tea.  Arrive between 12.00 and 12.30 for drinks, with food being served from 1pm.
Children under 12 can choose between a small portion of the main Christmas menu or the children's menu.  The cost for children is £35.  Under 3s eat free if they share a plate with an adult.
Please note cancellation within 5 days of Christmas will result in a £35 per person charge.  Full payment is due by 1st December.
