Restaurant accepts online bookings only. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.&nbsp;Due to our intimate size we are able to seat just 30 guests at any one time Reservations can be made up to three (3) months in advance.

SEATING

All tables are assigned automaticcaly. You cannot select a preffered table, you can only mention in comment field, but we do not promise that we will be able to give you a preffered table.&nbsp; 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY

At least 7 days notice of cancellation, reduction in numbers or change of date is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee. 
If less than 7 days notice is given and if we are unable to fill your seats the following cancellation fees apply (includes reduction in numbers and change of date); 
100% menu price within 72 hours 
50% menu price within 3-7 days

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We are very happy to accommodate a variety of dietary requirements with advance notice. Please ensure you include ALL dietaries on booking.&nbsp;In the event your dietary requirements are quite restrictive, please contact us to discuss, as our intimate size can limit our flexibility in certain circumstances.

If you wish to book a table for more than 4 people and the system does not allow this please feel free to give us a call at 01753424994 so we can arrange this for you.

*Booking&nbsp;fees £5 per person&nbsp;for groups of 5 or more. 
*We will hold your reservation for up to 15mins if we were not notified about any changes to your booking. 
*We may require the table back after 1 hour and 15 minutes&nbsp;if we are extremely busy so everyone gets a chance to experience table dining. 
*Deposit will be refunded at the end of the meal which will take 3 - 10 working days to reflect on your account and&nbsp;is required to secure your booking. It&nbsp;is non-refundable on no show or if cancelled in less than 24 hours.

Booking policy

Any bookings for 4&nbsp;guests and above, please contact us directly and we can book this in for you.

If you require a table for 4 or more people, we do require a deposit of £10 per person and a pre order for food a minimum of 72 hours prior to your booking. Please, contact us and we will send over our menu. We will contact you 24 hours before your booking to take deposits. However, you're more than welcome to pop in with a cash deposit 72 hours before.

If you have not shown up for your booking after 15 minutes of your allocated booking time, we will attempt to call you. If we receive no response, we have the right to give your table away.

If you do not show up for your booking or cancel within 12 hours of your booking time&nbsp;and have paid a deposit, you will not receive a refund.

Please note our reservations diary is open 12 months in advance.&nbsp;Our booking line is open from 12pm-7pm, Wednesday - Sunday on <a href="tel:02077342540">02077342540</a>.

Please note we do take a £10 deposit per person for Afternoon Tea bookings&nbsp;which will be deducted from your bill when you visit. If you are using a gift voucher, please choose the gift voucher booking option.

If you wish to cancel, we require you to do so at least 24 hours before your reservation. You will be refunded any deposit if you cancel 24 hours before your booking. If you are cancelling with less than 24hrs, your deposit will not be refunded but we can reschedule you. Please note we will only hold a table for a maximum of 15 minutes after your booking time, after that your table will be released for other guests. Please let us know if you will be late but note the time slot on your table will be reduced by the same amount of time.&nbsp;

We may contact you about this booking, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.

We welcome children of all ages. However please do count them (including babies) into your final party size. If you would require a highchair or space for a pushchair, please do specify this at the time of booking.

All of our menus are available on our website, but should you have any specific requirements related to an allergy or intolerance, please specify at the time of your booking and our team will assist you with the menu on the day.

Easter Sunday Roast 

Sunday's 12-4pm. A beautiful platter of chef patisseries, scones clotted cream and jam. A selection of sandwiches to include cheddar and chutney, roast ham and mustard, egg and cress. We can cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free, just leave us notes in the comments.  Please note, we require 24 hours notice for bookings.

Cobbles is open Mon-Sat 9:30-2:30 for Breakfast and Brunch, Sat &amp; Sun 12-4 for Afternoon Tea and Sunday 12-4 for Roast Platters.

If you have a voucher - please select our voucher option to avoid paying the deposit and specify in the notes section what you would like to book for ie: afternoon tea/kids afternoon tea/brunch/gentlemans tea, quoting your voucher number.

Our booking system allows for a maximum booking of 8 people. For any larger bookings please email us at hello@cobbleskitchen.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

Please leave us any notes that may help us with your booking, eg, highchair requests or whether you have a dog so we can seat you in a dog-friendly area. If we have not received these requests, we may not be able to accommodate you when you arrive. 

Our afternoon tea is a set menu, we don't offer choices on the sandwiches or cakes but we can accommodate some simple requests and dietary requirements.

We can only accommodate table bookings for 1hr 15 for Breakfast and Brunch and 1hr 45 for Roast and Afternoon Tea.
